Day 13 HW: Neck Healing
From childs pose bring your hands around your head to support your neck while moving your knees towards your face. Move as close until you feel a gentle stretch in your neck or your back. Feel the open connection between your head and the earth. Move your hips to deepen the stretch for the muscel groups of your choice. Breathe deeply for five breaths and return to a seated position of your choice.
