    From plank position pull your knee forward into pidgen pose. Make sure both of your hip bones look forward. Let gravity sink you closer towards the earth. After five breaths bend the knee of your extanded leg and pull your heal towards the back side of you thighs to go deeper in the hip stretch as well as to open the front part of the thighs. breathe slowly.
