    Drop your knee from low lunge on the ground and stretch your other leg into half split. Make sure your back is straight as you turn your tailbone away from your leg so that your hamstring gets a nice stretch. Go only as far as you can still breath nicely. If you want to go further without bending your back, you can put your hands on two blocks .
