Chakra Series 3
Next up is the Solar Plexus or Manipura. This is our Personal Power center. In today’s society, with so many power plays in effect, there is a constant game of tug of war. Whether it’s the restrictions of your country, a job or within families for example. Living up to other’s expectations, it’s so easy to get caught up in taking control of someone else or giving all your personal power away.
With the element of fire, lets get our passion fueling and ignite the will to act on it. In order to do so, you must break the fear cycle. Reconnect with yourself; be gentle, loving, kind and accepting of yourself during this time. When the Solar Plexus is balanced, we are inspired to move toward our goals. The digestive system works here to turn our food in to energy to keep us moving in the right direction.
