Crow Pose
From a standing position, fold forward and place your hands on the floor and bend your knees kind of so you are squatting behind your hands to get in position for crow pose. From this position stand up with your hands still on the floor and knees bent and walk forward moving your knees to the outside of your triceps. One way to work your way to the full crow pose is the practice balancing one side at a time. To start move your right knee to the outside of your right tricep and you’re going want to push forward off your left foot and the pressure will be on your right arm almost in your right arm pit. Keep pushing off to see if you can balance on one side. Try this a few times and then we’ll switch to the other side.
