    To honor the eagle we saw today. I decided this was the pose of the day. Gomukasana Cow Face Pose with Eagle Arm Variation.
    Begin seated on your bed or day bed. Relax & release your spine, breathe into your hips. Let your knees be heavy & your chest be tall.
    Now inhale bring left heel closer into right hip.Right knee stacks over left knee. Align here, you may need to sit up on a cushion or nestle your thighs in closer. Bring feet to mirror eachother gradually & gracefully overtime. Inwards or outwards. Feel your flow.
    Lengthen your spine upon your inhaling & exhaling into your foundations as well as anything that feels like resistance or tension. Any painful sensations open your self up a little more by backing off.Inhale open your arms up wide. Hugging the universe hugging all that is life ✨️ exhale left elbow crosses infront of you under right elbow. Open your shoulders inhale lift fingertips through your palms pressing together. Exhale relax into your entirety. Soar. Fly. Focus. Like an eagle.
