Day 7: Bridge pose 🦦 Begin in a seated, then place your legs in front of you forming a tent ⛺️ With your feet hip distance apart slowly lower yourself onto your back. Place your hands at your side and inhale as you raise your hips. Interlace your fingers underneath you as you walk your shoulder blades together, stretching out the front of your body. Take a few breaths here as each inhale deepens your opening up to the day. When you’re ready, release your hips and return to the earth.
