HW Self Massage
Self Massage is sooooo so so important. If you aren’t one that goes into massages you can do it at home.
One of the biggest areas people hold tension is the head and neck. Some of that tension can come from your pillow. If your a side sleeper like me it’s really important to find a pillow that is thick enough to cover that space between the mattress and your neck to keep your neck inline with your back. If you sleep on your back it’s important to have something to support your neck.
A great self massage I like to do in the morning is to sit up straight.
Take your thumbs. Place your thumbs and either side of your neck. Start up by the back of the ear slide down the back of your neck. Breathing deep. Do this a couple of times it’s very therapeutic.
