HW: Empowerment Vinyasa
Crossing the ankles and coming into seated position.
We are going to do some core poses, coming into boat pose, bending the knees, and lifting them into the chest
Reaching your hands towards the feet if its available to you, otherwise place your hands behind you to stabilise yourself.
Lifting the chest nice and long.
We will do 5 rounds of our Mantra here
