Alternate Nostril Breathing: Nadi Shodhana
Begin by sitting cross legged, maybe try alternating the which leg you would normally set in front.
Rest left hand, thumb and pointer finger touching on knee.
Right hand, pinky finger and ring ring finger gently settle on left nostril, blocking air flow. Index and middle fingers touch palm of hand.
Inhale through right nostril. Gradually you will slow breathing.
Press thumb on right nostril as you release left side. Exhale slowly.
Repeat, inhale through the right nostril, exhale through the left nostril.
Feel the breathe moving through your body and take your time with the experience.
