HW: Lower Back Pain Relief
Forward Fold, Uttanasana
Feet together, heels and toes touching, weight evenly distributed.
Bend body at waist.
Let head hang, no tension in neck.
Hands may be touching floor next to feet, maybe only fingertips touching floor, maybe palms on shins.
To allow spine to stretch and back of legs (maybe hamstrings, maybe calves if you are like me) to elongate.
Allow back to adjust to the stretch, the goal being to pull the back with hands behind calves. This is a process, Be where you are.
