Plank Pose, Phalakasana
Spread fingers, wide, directly below shoulders, distribute weight so wrists are not strained.
Shoulders to heels held straight, as plank.
Center of balance is at core.
Gaze at floor in between hands.
You may drop to knees, gently, if necessary.
Hold for 30-60 seconds.
Long, slow, steady breathe, in & out.
