    Come to Easy Pose, Sukhasana, to begin our practice.

    Sit cross-legged with knees directly above feet.

    Feel the base of your spine sink into the earth, grounding, and the crown of your head lift towards the sky.

    Shoulders down and back.

    We will take 5 deep slow breathes, centering ourselves for movement.
