    HW: Hips

    Moving into pigeon pose, take the right foot across and slide it to the left side of the mat

    Slide right foot towards your left hip

    Slide left knee back

    If it’s not possible to have both hips square on the mat use a block under the right hip

    Lengthen the spine and lift chest

    Breathing deeply and consistent

    Let’s open up the hip flexor

    Bending back the leg and reaching with the left hand to the left foot, using your right hand to stabilise, pulling left foot into your hips 🙏🏻
