HW: Chakra #7, Crown Chakra
Crown Chakra- Chakra #7- The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head and offers access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The function of the Crown Chakra is driven by consciousness and gets us in touch with the universal. Color is White for our Crown Chakra. I have always felt a divine connection and have never had an issue, personally with my Crown Chakra. I have always loved headstands, handstands, and forward bends. I did the Lotus Headstand! When I meditate I can feel the divine entering through the Crown. For my students, getting them unafraid of going upside down and getting their heads towards the ground will really help them connect with the divine, and inside of themselves. I hope to be able to help them create that connection.
