    Child’s pose:
    This is a great pose to practice to end a practice, mediate, and for gratitude. Bend your legs and sit on your ankles as your stretch your arms before you. Lean your head down between your hands. Take a moment to think of some thoughts of gratitude after this practice. Think of the blessings that you have been given. Our bodies are able to move and receive strength. This is a beautiful thing. Close your eyes and take in the scenery around you. You have so much power within you. Receive a few more moments before we come up to seated pose.
