HW: Tone Legs
Wide Leg Squat.
Stand with your legs in a wide stance, wider than your hips and a little further if you are able. Gently lower your left leg as you inhale and come down as low as you can while doing your best to keep your right leg straight. As you exhale, straighten your left leg to come back up to standing, and we’ll switch sides. Inhale and bend your right leg as much as you are able while keeping your left leg straight. As you exhale come back up to center and we’ll continue switching sides for 10 times total – squatting down as we breathe in and exhaling as we come to standing back in the center.
