    Table Pose.

    From a seated position, place your hands with your finger facing your feet and place them next to your hips. On your next inhale, push up through your legs and bring your hips up. Your legs should be at a 90 degree angle and your arms should be straight. If it feels ok for your neck, you can allow your neck to rest back. And we’ll stay here for 5 breaths. Notice your shoulders opening.
