    Camel Variations.

    Come up to your knees – we’re going to work through the camel variations. To warm up the back, place your hands on your lower back – you can have your fingers facing up or down. And as you breathe in, arch your back, if you are able you can let your neck hang. After 3 breaths come back up to center. To continue with our fluid movement we will be alternating between the left and right side with our camel poses. As you breath in, draw your right hand back to your right heel and circle your left arm in front of your body and then arch your back as you bring your left arm over your back with your bicep next to your ear. as you exhale circle your left arm back in front of your body as you move it to your left heel and inhale as you circle your right arm in front of your body and bringing it over your back with your bicep next to your ear. And exhale and we’ll repeat the process again.
