Supported handstand
- Stand facing an unobstructed wall about arm lengths distance length away.
2. Place your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart, fingers spread wide, and wrists aligned with your shoulders.
3. Kick one leg up gently to start, keeping the other foot grounded.
4. As you kick up, push through your hands and engage your core to lift your body into a handstand position.
5. Your hips should be over your shoulders, and your legs extended vertically, pressing against the wall for support.
6. Keep your gaze on the floor between your hands to help with balance.
7. Maintain a strong, engaged core and breathe steadily.
8. To come down, lower one leg at a time while keeping the other in a handstand position until both feet are on the ground.
