HW: Fire Flow
Bow Pose:
Laying flat on your belly, bend both knees, heels to thighs. Reach your hands and grab the ankles. On an inhale, press the legs into the hands, while engaging the lower back muscles. Lift the chest and squeeze the knees together. To release, exhale and slowly bring the heels back in towards the thighs, then fully release the legs straight and relax onto the mat.
