    Cobra Pose:
    Lay on your belly, hands directly under the shoulders press your upper body away from the mat, keeping your hips and legs grounded. Once you have pressed your upper body as high as you are able, try and drop the head back for an even deeper stretch for the front body. To release, bend the elbows and lay back on the mat.
