Seated Eagle Pose:
From a seated position; you have the option of stay in easy pose, or crossing the legs so the knees are aligned. Once your legs are where you want them take your right arm and cross it under your left. Wind your arms around each other until your palms touch. Lift your elbows and fingertips towards the sky to stretch the shoulders. To come out unwind your arms and uncross your legs. Always even out the body, so whichever arm and leg your crossed before, do the opposite.
