As you’re building your strength and technique for your hamdstand you can use a wall to help you build your strength and confidence. One of the most simple ways for this is to simply stand near the wall, and come Into a forward bend. Bend one leg and with the other leg push off the ground bringing both legs up on the wall. Make sure to spend some time here letting your body and mind get used to this position.
