Easy Pose Side Bend
Come to an east pose, notice your spine and keep it straight. Reach your right arm up and reach over and place your hand over your left ear – gently bend your right ear towards your right shoulder. You want to feel a nice stretch here, but not pain. After a few breaths here your can draw your head back and to the right to notice the stretch in the front of your neck. After a few breaths in this position draw your right ear towards the front of your chest to notice a more focused stretch in the back of the left side of your neck. In this position you can take your thumb and your pointer finger and give yourself a nice massage on the neck and top of the shoulder.
