Adapted Camel Lift
For this next position come up on your knees. Place your hands on your lower back with your fingers pointing towards the ground. On your inhale arch your back and as you exhale come back to neutral. For a more advanced option you can do camel pose – as you inhale bending back and placing your hands on your heels. Either one is a good option. So we’ll get started with our 21 repetitions.
