HW Forearm Balance and Headstand

Start in a kneeling positionGo ahead and come down on your forearms. Clasp your hands but keep your elbows shoulder length apart. On the exhale ship your hips up to the ceiling like I’m down dog. You want to be looking down in between your arms. Continue to breathe.
(After a few breaths) go and and exhale and gentle come out of it onto your knees.
