Start in a laying down position Bend your knees so your feet are flat on the ground. Let’s should be hip width apart. On your next inhale lift your hips up so you are coming on your shoulder blades. Now try to walk you feet in towards your glutes and also tilt the head back slightly just to open up the front of the neck. You should have a straight line from you knees to your shoulders. Continue to take deep breaths.
(After a few breaths) on your next exhale go ahead and unclasp your hands and unroll your shoulders. Take an inhale while in bridge and on the exhale slowly lower your hips down to the ground.
