HW: Inner Thighs
Goddess PoseFrom your wide leg front fold – inhale as you stand up. From this position angle your feet out about 45 degrees, or farther if that is available to you. Bend your knees while keeping your hips pushed forward. Keep sinking your hips down – you want to aim for 90 degrees – if you can’t reach that low yet – that’s ok, you’ll notice progress the more you practice. In this lose you can put your hands at heart center, or you can bend your elbows with palms up. We’re going to hold this pose for one minute. I know it’s hard and your going to feel the burn. When you notice the discomfort breathe in deep through your nose and breathe into your thighs and see if you can make it just to the next breath. See if you can take it one breathe at a time. Keep hanging on … and great job , straighten your legs.
