HW: Fire Flow
Bow Pose + Fire BreathFrom your pigeon pose draw your left leg back and come all the way down on to your belly with your hands by your side. For this pose bend your legs and draw your feet and ankles towards your bum and reach back with your arms to grab your feet or ankles. Once you have this connection, use your hamstrings and glutes to push your thighs away from the floor and draw your chest upwards while looking toward the sky. In this pose make sure that your lower back is not in pain – this may be a pose to work up to. If you need a strap might be a good option. Once up in the pose we’re going to continue with the fire breath – remember this is a power and energizing breath that comes from your stomach and out your nose. Take a deep inhale and we’ll go for 10 fire breaths… great job – we’ll do this for 2 more rounds
