Standing Lunge + Prayer Twist. Starting from down dog, inhale your right leg all the way up and with your exhale step your right foot forward between your hands. Inhale and draw yourself upwards into a standing lunge. On your next inhale draw your hands up over your head and exhale bring your palms together and twist so your left elbow comes over your right thigh. Push your palms together and open your chest upwards take a couple breaths here… inhale and draw yourself up.
