HW: Shoulders
Thread the needle position
Starting on all fours in table top position.
Inhale your right arm up. Exhale weave it under your other arm, placing your shoulder on the ground and looking under your top arm. You can engage your top arm keeping it straight or you can clasp your hands together making sure your arms are straight. Really take deep breaths feeling the nice stretch in your shoulder.
(After a few breaths) on your next exhale slowly come out of it working your way back into table top.
