Lower lunge with variations
Beginning from table top or down dog. On your next inhale bring your left leg forward into a low lunge position. Make sure your front knee doesn’t go past your ankle, and if it does walk the front foot forward. Make sure you are on your back knee, not you toes. With your hands on the ground by your front door go ahead and exhale as you lunge down into it. If you are comfortable, please stay here. If you would like you go head and bring your hands to your thigh and continue lunging down into it. If you would like you can drop you right arm to your side and inhale your left arm up. Another option is to inhale both arms up and gentle lean back while staying in the lunge. Continue to breath.
(After a few breaths) Go ahead and exhale your arms down to the ground and gentle come out of it bring your left leg back so you are back in table top position.
