Can put some type of pillow or blanket by head, at least make sure the area is clear.
Using your fingers for a tight grip to the mat.
Can do this donkey style kick by going into forward bend from mountain pose.
Place hands on the ground, bending the knees.
Palms shoulder width apart, spread the fingers as you root them in the ground.
Sink the hips a little, looking forward, jump the legs up and forward, knees in chest while you catch a little air time and drop back down.
Make sure that you are engaging the side muscles and take care of your wrist afterwards with some love and stretches.
