    Welcome to the side angel pose.

    Make sure you have a cup of tea steeping while you bless up.

    Note to self, this is a closed sequence, eyes were closed when practice.

    Opened them for the photo shoot. 🙂 twinkle twinkle

    One way for complete fulfillment of this is by starting in mountain pose, moving your way to low lunge position.

    From there, move your arm and hand inward from rooted leg towards the ground or a block.

    And then, moving your outward arm gently up to the heavens, spine awareness, gently feel the stretch as you look to align the arms as one connecting heaven and earth. Can visualize the arms as a straight line up and down.

    Take about 5 deep breathes, notice how it stretch the spine, opens up the chest and deepens the breathing.

    Breathe through it as you relax inside yourself in this position.

    When ready, take a couple more breathes and then slowly release the pose back to low lunge and mountain pose for harmony and balance.

    Now enjoy your blessed tea and day.
