    Lets release any stress and bring forth relief to the hips. 😛

    In a lunge position,

    Pushing up from your hands, lifting front foot and tucking it under your body towards the other direction.

    Slide other knee back, slowly lower your body.

    Use a block to help be flat to ground ( note to self, yoga block please and thank)

    Can pull front foot forward to enhance or back to ease up.

    Slowly lower upper body towards ground, can use yoga block.

    Relaxing and feeling the energy of this position.
