HW: Shoulders
Good morning,
Some nice shoulder love can be done in many places.
Can do chair yoga through out ones day that they may sit.
Broke collar bone in car accident so personally excited learning to do my best to restore strong shoulders.
It is about the progress we make during life that matters most. Rid any shame or guilt that may hold or hinder you from making progress on your healing journey. Some times there is a lot of tripping, pushing and shoving in life so taking small steps with expanded awareness may be the best way to walk in love.
Raising one hand all the way up and bending it downward behind you
taking the other hand, coming upward, join hands if you can.
Can use a strap, towel, shirt, anything in your imagination like Peter Pan.
Making sure spine is straight and focus on elongating, stretching the side.
I am incorporating bending one arm behind and using the other to push down,
taking a couple deep breathes to just relax inside myself and this moment in full gratitude.
Also doing heart openers in full love.
