HW: Lower Back Pain Relief
Seated One Leg Forward Fold
Have a strap or towel near by if used.
Sitting upright, tucking tailbone under, spine align.
Stretching arms wide open and up with all your heart.
Begin exhaling as you bring them down, relaxing inside yourself.
Bringing your hands gracefully down towards the one leg out.
Grabbing a strap or towel if being used.
Fold at the hips, focusing on a straight spine, pushing third eye to earth.
I like to use a strap or towel to help me.
Notice the stretch in the body.
Breathing in and breathing out, relaxing with every exhale.
Where do you feel it?
How does it feel?
Breathing in and breathing out, relaxing with every exhale.
Smile to yourself, smile to yourself.
Feel joy in your heart as you relax, melting in the earth like snow on a warm sunny day.
When ready, slowly release, spine straight, folding back up.
Now switch sides, bring balance to your life.
