  Please find my full length class link attached. This is my first class teaching to a live audience from a 6 week class I am teaching for absolute beginners so the level will reflect this. I am also attaching the playlist so you can see the class progression.

  This has been an amazing journey and really got me out of my comfort zone for teaching, and I’ve enjoyed every second and certainly seen progress in my own practice.
