HW: 3 Stage Energy Ascension Diet
I’m an absolute sucker for a chia pudding so I was very excited to spruce up my normal bowl with this recipe
Raw Coconut Hemp Pudding Snack:
1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 T stevia for sweetener
1 T cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 cup chia seeds (makes like rice pudding
consistency)Top with 1/4 cup goji berries.
I used almond milk for mine, and had to substitute hemp protein for vegan protein – it’s not something I can get hold of easily where I live, but chia seeds, those I have! It’s taken me a while to get a taste for goji berries but thankfully, I have. They are such an important superfood, I try to include them whenever I can, so this was an added treat to get to use them again! This recipe has made its way among my breakfast staples!
