Exercise/Meditation:
Become aware of the area around the top of your head, how does it feel? As you keep your attention on the top of your head become aware of the space a foot above your head. How does it feel? How does it feel to be open to the unknown? How does it feel to radiate unity? To intensive the feeling of that energy center visualize a golden sun a foot above your head covering your body in sphere of it’s sparkling light. How does the energy of your crown chakra feel?
