Goddess Pose From mountain position inhale and exhale as you step the left foot out to the left into wide legged pose, wider than shoulder distance apart. Inhale shifting feet at a 45 degree angle out from the front of the mat. Knees stacked over ankles, inner thighs rotating out away from the body, knees wide, exhale and lower the hips down toward the floor into a half squat position. Maintain this position rooting down into the heels hips opening, as you inhale and exhale pressing palms together in a prayer position over the heart. Shoulders down and back, abdomen engaged, gaze forward. Breathe here for 5 deep breaths.
