    Lay on your back and grab the outside of your feet, bend your legs and enjoy Happy Baby Pose. Make sure your back stays on the ground while you open your hips. To go deeper push your knees towards the earth as you radiate the soles of your feet up in the sky. If you want you can give yourself a back massage by roling from side to side.
