    Fire Breath in Downdog

    From cobra pose engage the abdomen, flip the feet still hip distance apart, flipping bottom of toes pushing into the ground as you inhale, exhale push your hips up and back as high as you can toward the sky, head hanging loose between arms, shoulders down the spine and back away from ears, chest forward towards the earth, palms and fingers pressing fingers wide legs are as straight as you can lifting the hips higher, lengthening into the hamstrings engaging the quads and calves rooting your heels into the earth, abdomen engaged as you do fire breathe in and out of the nose into the belly for 10 quick and intense breaths before moving into the next pose.
