    Alternate nostril breathing or Nadi Shodhana Make sure nose is clear if possible. In easy pose, left hand resting on your knee thumb and pointer finger touching, middle ring and pinky are closed together. We raise our right hand to the face and tuck pointer and middle finger into palm, using ring finger and thumb to touch the nose. Place only your ring finger on left side of nose blocking the breath counting to 8 as you inhale, place thumb on right side of nose blocking both sides and counting to 8, exhale releasing ring finger on left side of nose counting to 8, thumb still on right nostril, then inhaling through left side of nose for 8 counts, blocking both sides of nostril with ring finger and thumb for 8 counts, releasing the thumb exhaling for 8 counts. Repeat this sequence of alternate nostril breathing for 10 minutes for best results for your nervous system and for resetting after a stressful day!
