From Warrior 1 position, inhale as you straighten your front leg grounding both feet into the mat for a stable base, exhaling, reach both hands forward folding your chest and hips forward over your front leg bringing your hands to your shins, a block or the ground if it’s comfortable, straightening your back lengthening your spine feeling a good stretch in your hamstrings and breathe into the stretch for 3-5 deep breaths.
