I experience a lightness and a clearness in my mind every time I do it. At first it feels ok do the exercise, after 3 minutes it becomes heavy for 1-2 minutes and after that it feels amazing, from fairing the breath retention in the end I start to enjoy it after the fire breath. I was able to prolong the asanas in the Arya expertise and the breath retention. I feel it shifts my energy and I feel confident now to do it also with other people. I returned a few time to this module because I start to like it so much! 😇
