HW: Bed Yoga.
I didn’t realise how activating bed yoga can be. It was really helpful, my neck was so sore this morning from my pillow & the yoga helped me dive deeply to offer some space to yawn & re-energize myself.When you have only a few hours sleep & your body is already exhausted, then you wake early with a crook neck & a sore back, a kink that is jarring you. I now know. Bed yoga is the way. And the massaging sequences 😍 they were something special. I love those. My tummy was so happy after that. Savasana was bliss after these practices.
Plus it was nice to realise the bed can be useful for tender spots in the body or for a deeper meditation style yoga too. My bed is really soft, my spine got to really rest the rest of me was super relaxed. I had to pull myself out before I fell asleep! 😂
