    Sit on your mat with a straight back, your legs are stretched in front of you. Your hands are on the mat next to your hips. Now let your hands on the same place and push your hip upwards while bending your knees. Your arms should stay straight. Try to push your hips as high as possible. This is a great shoulder stretch as well an exercise for the glutes and the back.
