HW: Kundalini Module
I enjoyed my experience learning all of these different Kundalini Yoga practices. I definitely need more practice with these types of Yoga. I find it challenging to pull up on Mula bandha while pumping my stomach. I even noticed it’s just challenging and general for me to pull up on Mula bandha and sustain it. I believe that with more practice this will become easier. My favorite practice in the Kundalini sequence was the Sat Kriya. I remember watching this video before I joined the Flow State tribe, and really enjoying and appreciating the energy that I brought up within me. It addressed the sacral chakra in a way that was very transformative and needed for me at that time… As I had a lot of built-up sexual energy that I didn’t know what to do with. This helped me to learn and realize the Deep strength and power that that energy was able to give me, when I was able to channel it in a way that is transformative, rather than self-destructive. This was a huge shift for me, especially mentally, that I am super grateful for! It was really nice to be able to revisit it today.
